Flexible Packages to Suit Your Business
I offer half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) sessions at your office, with appointments available in 30 or 60-minute slots. For optimal impact, balancing employee benefit with minimal disruption to productivity I believe 30-minute sessions work beautifully, allowing more team members to participate.
Funding Options
Sessions can be fully funded by the business as part of your wellbeing programme, partially subsidised, or offered as an employee-funded perk with company facilitation.
