Here’s a bit more of my story

I have always been interested in the power of holistic therapies and have tried most practices at some point in the last 20 years. When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in March 2023 my interest really deepened and I benefited hugely from Acupuncture and Reflexology throughout my chemotherapy and radiotherapy journey. These healing modalities significantly minimised my side effects and kept my life as close to normality as possible for the sake of my 2 young sons.

Having experienced the benefits first hand I decided to retrain in reflexology with a view to support others in the way I had been supported myself.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and insured by Alan Boswell holistic therapy insurance.

I trained at the highest level with the London School of Reflexology in Regents University under Louise Keet. I hold a level 3 diploma in Reflexology including Anatomy and Physiology, covid prevention health and safety and First Aid. Plus further continued development in Power and Chakra Reflexology.

I will also complete my Jennifer Young Reflexology Oncology touch qualification in July which will provides an enhanced level of confidence for my cancer clients.
