Hi, I’m Kerry

For over 20 years, I've been drawn to holistic therapies - trying different modalities, curious about how they work, feeling their benefits. But it wasn't until March 2023, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, that I truly understood their power.

Throughout chemotherapy and radiotherapy, acupuncture and reflexology became my lifeline. They didn't just ease the physical side effects—they gave me back a sense of control, calm, and normality during one of the most challenging times of my life. For my two young sons, it meant having a mum who could still be present, still be me, even while my body was going through so much.

The impact was profound. I felt supported, cared for, and genuinely better in my body, I knew that I wanted to support others in the way I had been supported.

So I retrained. Not just to learn the technique, but to truly understand how to hold space for people during their most vulnerable moments. Whether they're navigating illness, stress, exhaustion, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

I trained at the highest level with the London School of Reflexology at Regent's University under Louise Keet, gaining my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology, as well as qualifications in COVID prevention, health and safety, and First Aid.

I have continued to deepen my practice with specialist training in:

  • Power and Chakra Reflexology - working with the body's energy systems

  • Jennifer Young Oncology Touch (completing soon) - providing safe, confident care for cancer clients

  • Reiki Level 2 (May 2025) - which I'm currently integrating into my practice and will offer from March 2026

I'm a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), covered by Alan Boswell holistic therapy insurance.

How I work

My experience taught me that healing isn't just about treating symptoms or side effects - it's about being seen, heard, and cared for as a whole person. It's about having someone create space for you to feel safe. To rest, release, and restore.

I bring both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to my work. Whether you're navigating cancer treatment, dealing with the relentless pace of modern life, or simply craving time to feel like yourself again I'm here to support you with warmth, skill, and genuine care.

When I'm not working, you'll find me with my two boys and husband, doing my best to keep up my Pilates practice, walking along the beach, studying new modalities, dancing at festivals or enjoying good wine and food with friends. Balance looks different every day for me and I think that's exactly how it should be.
