Terms of service for Reflexology with Kerry

Effective Date: 1st June 2025

By booking a treatment with Reflexology with Kerry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, professionalism, and the highest standard of service.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All treatments are by appointment only.

  • Bookings can be made via this form or by contacting Kerry on 07544 327 530.

  • A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is scheduled.

  • Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatments at the time of booking or before your first session.

  • I will also expect you to complete a short health and lifestyle questionnaire which will be sent in advance or can be completed by hand on the day. 

2. Mobile Service Area

  • I offer treatments at my home or mobile treatments within a 30-minute radius of SE15 3AS. 

  • If your location is outside this radius, an additional travel fee may apply, or I may not be able to accommodate the appointment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the day of treatment by cash or card payment. For new clients, for the first treatment only a 50% payment upfront is required.

  • Prices are subject to change once a year, but any changes will be clearly communicated prior to booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full treatment fee.

5. Health & Safety

  • Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice or treatment. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if I believe it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed (e.g., due to illness, contraindications, or inappropriate behaviour).

6. Client Conduct

  • Please ensure the treatment space (for mobile visits) is quiet, clean, and safe.

  • Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session with full fees still payable.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All personal and medical information shared is treated with the strictest confidence and handled in line with GDPR regulations.

  • Your information will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Insurance & Qualifications

  • I am fully qualified and insured (by Alan Boswell) to provide reflexology treatments and I am Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).

  • Proof of certification or insurance can be provided upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

  • These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available here on this page or upon request.
